Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island included in the images.
Also contained in this new image release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying various sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative release.
